Matthew Skelton

Matthew Skelton started SenseConf in 2020 to meet a need for modern, effective approaches to whole-organization sensing and sense-making.

Matthew is founder and Head of Consulting at Conflux, a leading software consultancy based in Leeds, UK. In 2012 he co-founded the London Continuous Delivery meetup group (now over 2500+ members) which led to the acclaimed PIPELINE conference, the first conference in Europe dedicated to Continuous Delivery practices.

Matthew Skelton is the co-author (with Manuel Pais) of Team Topologies: organizing business and technology teams for fast flow, a book that is being acclaimed as a breakthrough in sociotechnical thinking and techniques for modern organizations.
